      Nice EEs to work with at local plants and division. They want to do the right thing to make great products for the customers.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership at Corp office. CEO does what is good for him and not his people. Has run off more great people than he has retained (time and time again).

      Some of the staff were friendly

      Cons

      Fast paced and so fast that they don’t care about staff. Turnover on the floor is very high but in the office, people are just unhappy. Meeting after meeting after meeting to the point that it cuts into being productive. Clear politics at play and old school mentality of operating
