      Some good people (peers) work there.

      Cons

      Non existent training. Review paperwork sit with a person 1 day and then left on your own. Doesn’t like to let go of work. It’s there way only. Cliches who work together to get certain people in trouble. A job you needed to watch your back at.

      Some of the staff were friendly

      Fast paced and so fast that they don’t care about staff. Turnover on the floor is very high but in the office, people are just unhappy. Meeting after meeting after meeting to the point that it cuts into being productive. Clear politics at play and old school mentality of operating
