Cross communication between departments was horrible. It was as if the different departments were competing to see who would come out on top. The blame game was constant between departments. This company's management is "the good ole' boys club" style. Upper management is very antiquated and not willing to utilize current technology to improve certain aspects of business flow. Pay is also standard across the different divisions, instead of based on the city's economy you are employed in.
