Pros
Friendly people, high quality product, and customers expect the best from us. Also, since you work in neighborhoods (if you're not at a corporate office) you're usually driving against the heavy traffic going to and coming from work.
Cons
There wasn't much training since my job varied from location to location, it was a sink or swim kind of job which could have its downsides.
