University cares more about making money, than the quality of students Low pay for staff, unless you are able to arrange a back-door deal Benefits are getting worse and worse by the year University focuses on repairs of the campus for students but staff often have terrible working conditions (cockroach-infested bathrooms and areas, unprofessional work spaces) University systems do not communicate with each other/ outdated software Difficult to get things done through central departments-no one picks up their phone or answers emails for support Some departments have extremely arrogant faculty and students There is no consistent culture across campus; very hit or miss Top leaders care more about advancing their own careers than about improving the university Extremely unprofessional management in some areas Issues are not handled properly and are hushed High staff turnover rates
