Pros

acceptable pay free food and drinks full health, vision, dental downtown SF office medium flexible hours

Cons

Some people who've been working here since the early days adhere to a hidden culture of elitism There is no real management, people with the most influence are way too young and unexperienced HR doesn't have a clue on how to get people attracted to our company We are extremely understaffed and can't hire the right people because some keep insisting we only hire 'the best of the best'. I've seen people with more experience and skills then me or my colleagues get turned away just because they weren't 'special' enough to our management. We can't grow this way like we need to and are sending excellent people to the competition

Pros

Benefits: - Personal wellbeing allowance - Annual performance bonus - Equity - Internet & cell phone reimbursement

Cons

Very little room for growth. No real sense of job security due to the constant layoffs. Execs chase the latest and greatest trends, only to abandon projects halfway through. There’s no real sense of leadership or direction—where’s the company headed? What’s the actual goal of [xyz] project?
