Pros
- Great culture which is attracting the best talents from all other tech (or non-tech!) companies who are looking for a new challenge (there are lots of early Googlers looking for the same kind of atmosphere as in the early days). I find the culture very team based, where every input is valued. - Never a dull moment - product and teams are in constant evolution, meaning you change role, and progress fast - Office space, food, etc is amazing :-) - People are amazing... did I say it already??
Cons
Not exactly a "cons", but you need to be comfortable with shifting priorities and moving hierarchical structures. It's as far as you can imagine from a traditional and rigid corporation.
