Pros

Amazing company that has an amazing product. The workplace, office, benefits were great. Even most of my colleagues were friendly, kind and good to hang out with.

Cons

My boss was a jerk- Plain and simple. He was rude, solo star wannabe and ridiculed me. He'd try to put any blame on me, make me look bad, take credit for my work and keep me out of the loop. Was sad to leave because of the jerk, but life is short and I don't have to endure crap from power tripping bosses anymore. I found something better.

Pros

Benefits: - Personal wellbeing allowance - Annual performance bonus - Equity - Internet & cell phone reimbursement

Cons

Very little room for growth. No real sense of job security due to the constant layoffs. Execs chase the latest and greatest trends, only to abandon projects halfway through. There’s no real sense of leadership or direction—where’s the company headed? What’s the actual goal of [xyz] project?
