Pros

Well they consider 3 meals a day a perk, give me a break. Pay me more and I could afford to buy my own meals.

Cons

Where do I start. In sales and they under pay people, run by a guy in Austin that is a kid (and plays on his Google 'success'), they have zero clue how to penetrate the enterprise, they don't hire good candidates because they don't pay well and the smart ones go to Box, it's like a frat house there, trying to be 'cool' but at the end of the day product doesn't sell.

Benefits: - Personal wellbeing allowance - Annual performance bonus - Equity - Internet & cell phone reimbursement

Cons

Very little room for growth. No real sense of job security due to the constant layoffs. Execs chase the latest and greatest trends, only to abandon projects halfway through. There’s no real sense of leadership or direction—where’s the company headed? What’s the actual goal of [xyz] project?
