Chaos and Favoritism - Marketing Dropbox Employee Review

The reviews about change of strategy don't do it justice - this company shifts everything from the product it is focused on (so many failed acquisitions), customer focus, route to market on a quarterly basis. This forces teams to pivot, produce results immediately and if they don't, they are let go while leadership continues the cycle over and over again. Executive leadership changes every 1-2 years because they see it as a launchpad - not because they see a future with the company.
