Benefits are good. 403B is unbeatable.
Cons
Lack of growth opportunities. New C-Suite is an abomination and wildly misaligned with their skill sets Intense lack of leadership compassion Lack of operational ownership for decision making Leadership by committee... and not by a competent committee that is empowered to actually make decisions... so decisions never get made. Unreasonable expectations for people to respond quickly outside normal working hours or while on vacation. No work life balance No one owns the bad decisions and instead goes round and round in circles until projects either die in the water or they are funded out of frustration. Things have gotten worse with new leadership in the C-suite. Very contradictory leadership who is trying to fix "culture" with the left hand while simultaneously firing key leadership and overworking their staff with the right.
