Pros

Wide range of capabilities allows you to engage in many types of business problems for customers

Cons

Middle management toward the top are a mild joke. Incompetent and petty for the most part. New execs (C-level) are a welcome change and want to drive us forward - that seems lost on the leaders below. Recognition is lack lustre. Commission payable is largely subjective and often deviates from the agreed plan based on a feeling. 90% of the sales team are lazy and unambitious but are compensated relatively well for their efforts. All of this drives a culture of not wanting to excel.

Pros

401k match and vacation package is generous.

Cons

This company is on a downward spiral. The entire executive leadership group is a joke, and the core of few long term employees left after the PE purchase are a bunch of New York and New Jersey executive wannabes. No logic in any decision making making, average IQ leadership team in a sea of competitors that are hiring the best and brightest. We can’t even come close to competing with the rejects at this company. The same few Northeasterners get promoted over and over again. The HR department is the worst I have seen. I don’t know how any of them stay employed.
