Pros

Used to be a good place to work.

Cons

Culture was always corporate, layered in bureaucracy and slow-moving, but has taken a turn for the worse with new management. It is a toxic work place being led by good ole boy top-down commanders who can't do much of anything aside from slash benefits. It takes more than looking at a P/L sheet and bragging about how you don't need to work but do anyway to lead a company. The best positioned employees have either left or are eyeing the exits. The rest are demoralized. And that's ignoring the problematic labyrinth of middle management and owners across organizations. New leadership attempted to simplify channels but managed to introduce more complexity.

Pros

401k match and vacation package is generous.

Cons

This company is on a downward spiral. The entire executive leadership group is a joke, and the core of few long term employees left after the PE purchase are a bunch of New York and New Jersey executive wannabes. No logic in any decision making making, average IQ leadership team in a sea of competitors that are hiring the best and brightest. We can’t even come close to competing with the rejects at this company. The same few Northeasterners get promoted over and over again. The HR department is the worst I have seen. I don’t know how any of them stay employed.
