Pros

an easy job to pick up on and learn

Cons

management isn't professional, problems of sexual assault with other employees, management only focused on blaming people and NOT the solutions and how to move on and learn from it, other coworkers were not helpful to the new people trying to learn and left them to do all the work while the more experienced workers did nothing and went on their phone, there was no respect for other employees, people would quit all the time because they were miserable there, and just overall a toxic work place.

Pros

It’s a job and they’ll hire anyone willing to work. The work is fairly easy. You’ll get your hours if you’re a good worker. You get a 401k, health insurance and life insurance after a year of employment.

Cons

It’s really hot in the summer. They won’t turn down the ac for us, we’re not allowed to wear shorts and we’re not allowed to have fans. Be prepared to get heat exhaustion. We hardly ever get raises. I’ve gotten a raise twice in the 5 years I’ve been here. The base pay is a slap in the face if you’re an adult with a home, kids etc. We don’t get breaks at our store unless you’re a minor. You’re not allowed to sit down. You can’t wear anything that’s not Dunkin approved so you have to wear jeans or black work pants. If you want to work your way up, you have to have completely open availability.
