Pros

The hours are flexible and management tries their best to make sure you are taken care of. LGBTQ+ safe space

Cons

The manager is new at managing and just can’t quite seem to get it right. Favorites are being played everyday, while others get singled out and picked on. This makes it hard to advance in the company as merit doesn’t mean much. There have been multiple hour cuts followed up by even more employees walking on the floor to train the next day. Management will ask for employees to compensate for shortages in the drawer and dip into tip jar in order to balance it out. Management is often out of uniform and in unprofessional pants while demanding a maintained appearance from employees. Overall employees who where once passionate about their job are losing motivation as there is not much reward, not many raises and no way to climb the ranks as higher positions are held by people close to the boss.
