My DSI experience - Junior Design Verification Engineer Dynamic Solution Innovators Employee Review

No guidance at all. This is basically a software company, but have started working in the hardware domain very recently. Management doesn't know how to manage a hardware team. They aren't focused and don't have a goal. They don't listen to advices from industry veterans, don't even know how to invest & have wasted a lot of money unnecessarily. They don't value their loyal employees.
