The people there really didn't appreciate how good they had it, seemed people became spoiled considering this was one of this best paying jobs in the area. Some programs where beat to death and others lacked proper training. I remember my supervisor giving me a task that had to be done on the computer, they had been given training on doing this and yet they didn't know what to do and expected me to even though I hadn't 'officially' gotten training as they had. This kind of thing happened often sadly.
