Pros

Salary is okay, not the greatest! Safety is a core value which is good. The company is working hard to promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Cons

There is little training for new hires, you have to learn on the job and some colleagues get irritated when you ask questions or follow up on issues! I've seen one or two leaders who seem clueless or disconnected from the team they supposedly head, i find that strange! It appears that being in the head office (Salt Lake) will give one a higher chance of growth and visibility, all other locations seem irrelevant in my personal opinion.

Pros

Flexible hours, good pay, work with minimal oversight

Cons

Focus on DEI, promoting women and minorities rather than based on Merit. Rate of turnover in management so high that many managers have little understanding of the explosive/chemical business fundamentals. Consistently restructure every 2-3 years often laying off experienced employees.
