Pros
- If your team/manager is great, that makes a huge difference
- opportunity to take on huge responsibilities early in your career
- camaraderie among coworkers
- Some of the benefits are okay (health insurance, parental leave)
Cons
- Poor leadership with no real direction, at both the national and global level
- Constant layoffs
- Pay is not market rate (and they let you know that)
- Everything is outsourced (designs, customer service, finance, etc.)
- Dyson has become a market chaser rather than a market leader
- Inflexible in-office policy (5 days, little exception)
- Bonuses haven’t been paid in full in years
