New leadership across the US in the last year has had a negative impact on culture. People are treated poorly and there is a culture of devious leadership behavior and bullying. Chaotic work style. Yes, I like fast paced but it got ridiculous to have little or no direction on projects or ever changing direction. Expats from the UK come to the US and steal the good jobs and mid level manager roles. It makes it hard to progress. Career progression is a joke! Most people leave eventually like I had to. UK headquarters can make the US feel like we can't be autonomous. There is so much pressure from the UK. Constant visitors who disrupt work and have to be treated like royalty. No thanks.
