Pros
The product is great. The marketing is great. The look is great. You will be challenged. The tendency to give employees far more work than reasonable will prepare you far and above for other jobs - and let's face it, this company looks good on the resume.
Cons
Although the company stresses "wrong thinking" and "failure", it is far from practiced in the company culture. A bit of quirkiness and passion doesn't get you ahead but rather looked down on. There is a lot of change but not the good kind. Constantly changing leadership creates a turbulent atmosphere and a recent influx of "marketing" - I mean MARKETING - people has brought even more focus on the numbers and made up words (do not assume this means they've any imagination). Employees are distrustful of management and each other. Understandable. It's a terribly competitive environment where there is a huge "I" in team. Don't share your ideas here - they will either be ignored or stolen by someone else. Extremely low pay with unrealistic expectations.
