Pros
Great campus, good cafes a gym and other facilities. Good, knowledgeable staff Used to be a great sense of purpose and common goal, let's get back to that point.
Cons
IT Department is in chaos. Lack of direction and communication from higher ups Low morale amongst nearly all IT Staff Senior managers that have been hired/promoted are seemingly already friends Lack of listening to the business and current employees Lack of understanding from management how Dyson works Feeling that employee concerns stop before getting high up enough to protect others.
