Pros
Software team started as a promising group with great potential and culture. Fast forward to a few years later, we've moved over to the new campus which is admittedly breathtaking given the size and beauty of the facility.
Cons
As a counterpart of the Pros mentioned, the current management of the new campus is reshaping the ways of working and culture of the software team. Flexibility is slowly being taken away by having fixed departure times for shuttles no matter your arrival time, strict food service windows (you are not sold anything if you try to purchase even a simple snack outside the window hours), and finally even outside food deliveries are prohibited outside "lunch hours". No reason is given to justify and recently it has felt like more of a jailhouse. Morale is extremely low for teams right now.
