      you get a turkey every year at thanksgiving

      Cons

      management hires family and promotes them with zero experience above hard workers. they do not care about any work/home life balance. there are more managers than there are people to do the work

      -Great safety program -learning/advancement opportunities -competitive pay compared to shops in the area

      Cons

      -non-union -understaffed support departments, including tool room -lack of supplies/tooling to effectively work -frequent scheduling errors which lead to mandatory overtime -not much new work coming in
