We do have 17 nationalities with Polish being the most prominent on campus. We too are an International company with a location in Poland. Upper Tier Management is here working on the weekends alongside everyone else. We work long hours, with potential over-time for hourly workers. Work life-balance is important to us and we try to rotate everyone through the schedule. As we are a Lean Manufacturer we keep a limited amount of product on campus. We do supply our team with supplies for repair, however with some projects, additional material may be needed.
