Pros
Half of the internal employees are pleasant to work with, "Work hard, play hard" is the motto but only half of the employees actually work hard, and the other half does the bare minimum to cash a paycheck but not get fired.
Cons
Culture and business have been on the decline for several years. Management takes no accountability for anything instead they just restructure to put a brand-aid over problems. Benefits are expensive and PTO accrual is low and a use it or lose it policy.
