      Most of your coworkers are great and bond over the weak and toxic management.

      Cons

      The CEO cusses people out and is especially hard on the sales team. The management in general are the CEOs cronies and yes people.

      Great people, great products and great leadership! I can't say enough about the quality of the people and products at ECM! The focus on customers and employees truly sets ECM apart! Pay is better than market with outstanding bonuses!

      Nothing much to be honest

      Cons

      Very disorganized management. Management will lie to your face and they don't care. Saturday overtime galore. Management doesn't care about your family, especially if you work in the warehouse.
