The owner is a control freak and detached from the lives of those that are the reason for his success. The rules are crazy, they are extreme micro managers, especially with time...there is no room to be even a few minutes late but you are expected to stay until the job is done?! The benefits SUCK and you have to use PTO for any and everything. Management needs a class on being effective managers, 'team building' my behind. Almost everyone in the company is walking on pins and needles afraid of being fired. There is NO job security and you dont know who is truly for you. I trust no one, I am stressed every day about being 2 damn minutes late because believe me, it will be brought up and not unnoticed.
