Pros

Great place to work if you are up for the challenge and have initiative. Those with initiative are the ones that get assigned cooler projects and make more. I see all the reviews about good coffee, but I rarely drink coffee and find medical, 401k and PTO policy to be above average. Also, the CEO on many occasions is extremely generous and rewards those that contribute.

Cons

Limited flexibility with schedule, but healthy PTO accrual compensates. Those that don’t like to contribute and are just along for the ride will most likely leave on their own free will.
