Pros
Co-workers are fine. Program (Microsoft) is fun to work with, learning new things about an industry staple in technology. It's an outsourcing gig, can't speak to other programs they have (Verizon, Optum, BestBuy, etc.) but supporting the Microsoft Product is fine.
Cons
Shoddily run. Management makes and breaks promises of advancement like clockwork. They identify the most valuable employees and overwork them to make up for their own incompetence and poor planning without providing fair compensation. Management responds to problems in a completely reactionary way; one week a certain KPI must be improved or else, the next week the focus is on something completely different. It is very, very apparent that upper management really doesn't have a clue and is just hanging on by their fingernails.
