Pros
Everyone is super helpful if you happen to get on their good side. There are large amounts of documents and standards available for reference.
Cons
Management is relatively unorganized. Standards change consistently and changes are not immediately reflected in available documentation. If you begin to underperform, management will begin to micro-manage and if you fall too far behind on the performance measurement, usually you will fall out of graces with management and they will begin to ignore your requests for assistance. “Salary+” is a term they use to during the job offering stage to make you believe you will be receiving salary, in reality you will be paid hourly. Possibility of moving up was never mentioned even during high performance periods. If there was not much work available and you could not achieve a high performance rating for the week, the fault would be based on the employee not working hard enough rather than no work being available. No actual holidays off, you were required to use your own pto.
