Terrible management - Anonymous employee EPS Employee Review

Management is degrading and all around terrible. Terms they use directly when speaking to employees include illiterate, retarded, incompetent, incompetent, etc. They use derogatory language when speaking about blacks, Muslims, Hispanics, and women even when talking about clients. They also refuse to be wrong, they simply will not listen unless you are willing to spend nearly half an hour explaining it to them while being interrupted and spoken down to the entire time. Also management completely ignores federal laws for hourly employees, how they have not been investigated by DOL or sued by an employee yet is a mystery.
