Positive Reviews are Not True (CEO pushes these by senior leadership to get more new hires.) - Professional EPS Employee Review

Poorly managed, vague expectations, nepotism-based structure rewards longevity and revenue over true quality and new ideas, very outdated approaches. Poor performance is rewarded and ideas for improving are ignored. The only thing that matters is what the CEO says and most of that literally no one agrees with (and is contrary to best practices by anyone with even the most basic business education) with but no one will stand up and say anything.
