Pros
Some of the brightest people in the industry, good pay and benefits, in-house training, room for advancement. I have personally been to over 30 OF 50 States, in some of the most diverse environments on the planet. Nuclear, Wind, Solar, Hydro, Coal and Gas generation facilities as well as off shore pumping stations. It is an adventure, as well as some of the most important projects you can do.
Cons
The most accurate con I have read on Glassdoor is a lot of hours are required. Unless hired in as an Admin, travel is usually required, along with long work days/ weeks.
