Senior management penny-pinches and a decent raise unheard of, they lowball you on salary and try to say it's because of their "great benefits." But, benefits are average at best. Management also micromanages and are very out of touch, a leadership vacuum. In addition, HR is useless and can't be trusted as the head is on the board, but most importantly they just can't get anything done. There is also a high turnover and the company is heavy on corporate crap as well as interdepartmental politics, they play favorites all the time. In my opinion, they've all been there too long and are static in their thinking and operating - the place needs a restructure.
