Pros
The company is a good place to expand your professional skills and get to travel.
Cons
When I was brought on I was promised a robust training program. That never happened. I was tasked with many small projects and constantly had to fight for billable hours. They didn't care about the quality of my work just the BU numbers are would publicly shame you in front of your coworkers if your numbers were low. They didn't have enough work to go around but blamed the employees for not trying hard enough. They are constantly letting quality people go. Anyway, I thought things were good until they weren't and improved my numbers only to have several projects delayed through no fault of my own. So even if you try your best it doesn't matter because you're not actually a person to them... you're just a body. Also if you don't participate in their culture then you are purposely left out of projects or important company news. Definitely not a place to think about a long term career.
