Truly lovely place to work, really friendly, approachable and respectful individuals. So many benefits to working here, very strong ethos of diversity and inclusion, opportunity to work on small and large, local and international projects, opportunity to gain experience in all conceivable areas within the consultancy space, marine or terrestrial. Decidedly not a hierarchical company from personal experience, though I am particularly lucky with the individuals in my office and direct teams.
