      There is the opportunity to be included on interesting and global projects. Individual managers can be excellent and care about your professional development. Different offices offer good networking opportunities.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is difficult due to a high billable goals. Sick time counts against your annual performance. Minimal training opportunities. Compensation and bonuses are not used to reward hard work and professional growth.

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
