Pros

-Nice office -Nice hand sanitizer dispenser -Nice water dispenser (with ice) -Nice K-cup machine (adjustable volume based on how strong you want your coffee) -Great hardworking coworkers!! -Flexibility of working from home. It's nice when you have to take care of your kids. -Cool project experience with clients across different sectors.

Cons

-Almost zero training opportunity for staff because management only cares about short term profits than investing in their staff. -ERM Academy is a joke (a series of online courses with fake business photos and useless material). -You are treated only as a number. Your UB is EVERYTHING. -Unreasonably high UB target (and a very high multiplier). -No one I worked with enjoys/enjoyed working there. -Extremely high turnover (talented consultants join competitors/industry that pay a lot better for the same work) -Extremely top heavy (# of staff= # of Partners, at least where I worked) -Low office morale/energy. -Low pay -Incompetent HR (or maybe they are too busy interviewing replacement candidates all the time?)

Pros

Interesting projects, flexible work hours, ability to pivot to new disciplines and teams

Cons

Employees are getting squeezed by increasingly difficult metrics, with less compensation, less work won because rates are now set so high. Less and less investment in employees through benefits and upskilling. Managers are spread so thin they can’t give time to their team.
