I can't say enough good things about this company. The leadership is great, the teams I work with are great, the motivation and challenges are great! I love my job and coming to work here. Throughout the last several months I have experienced some challenges due to hurricane Harvey and the support I received from ERM was amazing. They contacted me personally each day when I was unable to get home and stayed in communication with me until we found a place to stay while our home is being repaired. They truly are like a family and treat their employees as such. I am so grateful for the employees, the organization and their investors for their support during this time. Thank you.
