Pros
Good work environment, varied tasks and projects. Opportunities to learn. Professional atmosphere, and lots of talented personnel.
Cons
Experience is completely dependent on your manager/director. If you work in the field expect frequent stays away from home with no extra incentive to work overtime - but you'll have to anyways. They say they are focused on sustainability but that's really more of a show for clients - should really be doing more.
