      Flexible work schedule, casual work environment, lots of opportunities to do expand your skills

      Cons

      Its hard to get good at any one skill, No pay for overtime, 38 billable hours a week as a requirement for entry-level positions.

      Cool projects. Diversity of work

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
