      Great people and a healthy company culture. Lots of top-tier clients with interesting projects. Fair compensation. Varied opportunities for career advancement

      Cons

      There is a lot of corporate admin that has to be done - I understand some of this is necessary, but it sometimes seems there is too much and it just takes up time, especially when there is a focus on utilization.

      Cool projects. Diversity of work

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
