      variety of work, possibility of focussing in your own interest, possibility of specializing, flat structure, very good communication, not stressful working environment, very good hours, lots of training, lots of seminars/case studies

      Cool projects. Diversity of work

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
