Pros
ERM a leading company in the sustainability space, it is a midsize company, in a state of rapid continued growth to meet ever increasing client demands. Closed a deal to partner with KKR just a few weeks ago; feels like very exciting changes ahead, all for the better. Even though I work fully remote, it feels like a very inclusive culture and leadership seem very in tune with the employee base and business needs. I get the sense they are always taking the pulse of the business and seeking ways to continuously improve. Very flexible work atmosphere and good people across the organization. Very team-centric feel, everyone in it to win in.
Cons
There are always areas for organizations to improve; I would say taking a look at compensation to ensure long tenured employees remain market competitive with new people who are brought into the organization.
