      Flexible work and interesting projects. A lot of room to diversify work streams and learn from other employees.

      The pay is not very competitive and the hours can get long which leads to a difficult time retaining senior staff.

      Cool projects. Diversity of work

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
