Cons
New ownership team have changed employee goals and incentives creating stress and frustration in some. The company now has a singular focus on increasing profitability, to the exclusion of some long-term small to medium sized clients. The company is also very bureaucratic for its size - they have a policy and approval process for almost everything business related. People with a technical focus are getting buried by administrative requirements. Internal employee certifications needed for various types of work are stifling and make project staffing very difficult at times.
