- Great exposure to international projects - Good systems - Knowledge sharing platforms are better than most
Cons
- Significantly well below market-related salaries - Operational model does not really consider the development of employee - Very obvious hierachial system and no real opportunities to move up on the ladder- lack of options other than partner - No real demographic representation of talent or succession planning at Partner/senior level in some countries. - Line managers favourites get first dibs on all projects.
