      ERM is full of passionate, talented and down to earth people. It feels much less hierarchical than other organisations that I have worked in. Management encourage work-life balance; there is hybrid working across the group.

      Benefits are fairly standard and could be better.

      Cool projects. Diversity of work

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
