      - ERM "walks the talk" when it comes to Sustainability - Values, Mission, Vision, Purpose and Impact - Lovely and kind colleagues, Work Atmosphere - Trusting managers and no micromanagement - Salary and overall Rewards package - Highly flexible working model (remote work possible), you can work anywhere in Germany -Deutschlandticket, company events and much more

      Cons

      - Sometimes hard to get a hold of Senior Management - Every penny needs approval from the top - Onboarding in corporate functions could be better - UK and U.S. operations don't really understand the EMEA business and rules

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
